Caregivers

Your Parents Deserve Care And Attention

We Deserve Care And Attention

Your parents cared for you from the time you were a young child.

They sacrificed to give you things they never had, and now they need your help. In the back of your mind and in the front of your heart, you know they need and deserve your care and attention.
You are pulled in multiple directions on any given day: a stressful job, a long commute, and a family of your own. Not living under the same roof as your parents makes it even more difficult to be at peace and you are left wondering if everything is okay. Questions run through your mind such as: is dad safe, did he eat lunch, and did he take his medication today?

A Program Of All-inclusive Care For The Elderly

A Program Of All-inclusive Care
For The Elderly

Feelings of guilt creep in and you wish that life afforded you more time to be with your parents. Nursing home care is always an option, but mom or dad would never agree to that. However, having someone there to proactively address their medical needs, coordinate health and personal care, and also take them to their doctors’ appointments would make a huge difference and be a big help.

As the sole decision maker, it is difficult to know if the right choices are being made. Consulting with doctors provides some guidance, but sometimes it’s just not enough. You need to understand all of the care options to make the best choice for your family. Relying on anecdotal information from friends and co-workers is not exactly what you are looking for. Turning to trusted healthcare professionals is the only logical choice.

If this scenario sounds familiar, we have a brand new solution for Monmouth County and Ocean County families: Beacon of LIFE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly.

PACE Is Covered By Medicare And Medicaid

Our Beacon of LIFE Program of AllInclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program offers comprehensive care in an adult day care setting. We have a team of on-site health care professionals is to make sure participant needs are met and goals are achieved. Our PACE program provides a variety of healthcare, recreational and personal services in one location and offers transportation to our center and to healthcare appointments as needed.

Being on a fixed income may be a concern and could be preventing your family from asking for help. PACE programs are covered by Medicare and Medicaid, so in many cases, this worry can be eliminated.
