Pinni Friedman – MA, LNHA
Mr. Friedman serves as the Executive Director of Beacon of Life PACE Program, playing an active role in running the day-to-day operations for the program including implementing policy changes and contract negotiations. Pinni has overseen successful CMS audits and growth to over 200 participants. Mr. Friedman was instrumental in securing and developing the program’s second site servicing Ocean County, the largest senior population in NJ. Mr. Friedman was actively involved in founding the NJ PACE Association and joined its board in March of 2019 and is currently an active member on the board. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Friedman spent 7 years working in managerial and administrative positions in nursing homes and other residential care facilities dedicated to meeting the needs of older adults. As a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, he most recently served as administrator at Alameda Center, a 250-bed nursing facility in Perth Amboy, NJ. Mr. Friedman graduated from BMG of Lakewood NJ with a master’s degree in 2010. He also has a degree in Business Management from Touro College in Brooklyn, NY. He holds a LNHA License in NY and NJ since 2010.
Dr. Eric Glantz, DO – Medial Director, Monmouth & Ocean County
Dr Eric Glantz is the current medical director of Beacon of Life New Jersey PACE. Dr. Glantz is a resident of Lakewood, NJ, and received his medical degree at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY. He completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at Rowan-SOM in Stratford, NJ. Afterwards, he completed a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the New Jersey Institute of Successful Aging. Following fellowship, he was head of the Geriatrics Department at the CHEMED Health Center in Lakewood, NJ, where practiced Geriatric Medicine for 5 years

Kristin C. Prentiss - CFO

Chief Financial Officer Kristin Prentiss holds responsibility for the financial management of AcuteCare Health System.

Her duties include overseeing the financial and accounting operations of the hospital, including ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, managing daily cash flow, billing and collections, and producing financial reports, annual forecasts, budgets and audit reports.

She previously served as regional chief financial officer at Acuity Healthcare Management, Charlotte, N.C., where she provided financial management services to a client base that included Specialty Hospital of Central Jersey. Prior to that, she was financial services manager for Carolinas Healthcare System in North Carolina, responsible for managing the financial operations of Mecklenburg County Public Health, and CMC-Randolph Behavioral Health Center, Charlotte. After earning her bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University, Fresno, Prentiss received an associate’s degree in accounting from Central Piedmont College in Charlotte, N.C.
